Warning to folks about render support

Remember that cool render support I added to BlogCFC 5.5 and didn't bother to really document? (Documentation is for wimps!) It is biting a few people in the rear - specifically folks who have this in their entries:

<include ... >

Since include is one of the render functions I shipped. To get rid of it, simply find the include.cfc and rename it.
